Construction Management

RJ Madden performs preconstruction and construction phase services and is not contracted to self-perform facets of the work.

These services are provided in the following methods:

"At risk" Construction Management - services are conducted with RJ Madden holding all subcontracts and guaranteeing the cost and schedule.

"For fee" Construction Management - services are conducted under an agreement in which the client holds all subcontracts and benefits totally from any cost savings.

Under both methods, during the Construction Management process, RJ Madden is involved with the owner, architect and consultants from conceptual design through construction and until the facility is operational and occupied.

RJ Madden's diversified services offer clients complete control over: cost, schedule, constructability, quality, start-up and warranties.
